How do I prepare my body for embryo transfer?

Hi all,

Next month, me and my partner are having ivf donor egg with his sperm.

Can you recommend anything you did to prep your body and mental state before you started?

been talking multi vitamins lots of veg etc.

Did you do anything else?

Hi, Sensible varied diet with lots of green vegetables and nuts and seeds. Plenty of water. Litt,e exercise and keep busy. Good luck. Diane

For me, it was more preparation mentally prior to my DE. Meditation, rest, clear mind. I also ate veggie salads then. Hope it goes well for you. Good luck! x
