Increased anxiety…
I’ve booked to see a thyroid specialist and will be having a whole raft of tests done in the next couple of weeks (I think ….thyroid, cortisol,
vitamins
, sex hormones). The problem is - anxiety.

Underactive thyroid
Does anyone else have any tips on
vitamins
that they have noticed a difference since taking? I take a multi vitamin and magnesium at night but always feel so groggy the next day if I do take the magnesium. Any advice would be much appreciated x

Magnesium supplements
There are so many different brands/company's producing
vitamins
and supplements - its a little hard to choose which to try - and to be fair some are not particularly cheap.

Nature provides B12 drops
Could I make sure that these are not too high for a first purchase of B12
vitamins
as others seem lower in strength (1,200 per day when I purchased tablets recently) but they had manifold in so I couldn’t take them. Thank you for any information to help with this query.

Hi After all the amazing information from this page I have booked an advanced thyroid blood yest iron and

Latest results, any opinions please?
At my last full test, all
vitamins
looked fairly OK except vit D was still low, I have increased my dose per week a little. I've increased to 175mg on receiving the results; I will test again in 6 weeks (including
vitamins
that time).

Best diet and supplementation guide for hypothyroidism?
Is there a really simple list of
vitamins
(and best times of day to take them) and a list of foods to avoid when starting out of levothyroxine? I have such brain fog that I'm struggling to compile a plan for myself. I really need to lose the weight I've recently piled on too.

Supplementation for us w/Hashi/Ord's
Like everyone else on this site, I take a myriad of
vitamins
& minerals throughout the day. About a 1.5yrs ago I came across information on something called ka'chava. I never got around to doing anything about it until about 1 month ago.

Hi again, I recently managed to get some more blood tests done including some
vitamins
as recommended by the amazing people on here. In my previous tests, my high antibody counts suggested that I have Hashimotos, my TSH this time round is 2.41. I don't take any medication yet.
