Does b complex cause a high a1c because of the b12? Any other vitamins to avoid with high blood sugar would be appreciated.

I just did a check online and you might be misinterpreting the cause and effect of vitamin B12. It doesn't appear to raise blood sugar. Vitamin b12 supplementation can cause a decrease in Hb A1c but it's not known by how much.

"Vitamin B12 deficiency anemia can cause false high HbA1c levels as it increases the survival time of RBC"

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl...

"If they have a vitamin B12 deficiency, then their Hb A1c readings may be falsely elevated."

Thanks for your response. My b12 came in at 568 with this range being 193 to 986 pg ml. I will try to work on increasing that.
