Latest results, any opinions please?

Latest results above, on 150mg T4 (Roseway own compounded with rice flour) for the 6 weeks leading up to the test, test done at 7:45am due to practicalities, fasted, last dose 24 hours before, off thorne basic b's for the week beforehand... Lab is Inuvi, previous comments have suggested their ranges are unusual.

Still feeling a bit ropey but maybe a little better. Everything has finally started to move in the right direction at least!! At my last full test, all vitamins looked fairly OK except vit D was still low, I have increased my dose per week a little.

I've increased to 175mg on receiving the results; I will test again in 6 weeks (including vitamins that time). My plan is to wait til my T4 is around 70% before making any judgements about need for T3 or not, and also before retesting cortisol which was a bit low before, and also before (re)considering HRT, and retesting Iron (my results were a bit perplexing before, maybe ferritin was falsely high?).

Does that plan make sense, and is there anything else I should consider, please?

I think that sounds sensible. I would increase Levo slightly but wait until you retest 6-8 weeks after being on a consistent dose before reintroducing HRT, otherwise it can be very difficult to work out what action has been effective. I personally like to increase Levo very slowly (increments of 12.5mcg) so I don’t miss my ‘sweet spot’ where I feel most well.
