I recenrtly read in Health Unlocked that a woman, carng for her elderly mother who had Parkinson's, was treating her with Vitamins B7 and B12. The dosages were 100 mcg of B7 or B12(3) times a day and 100 mcg of Vitamin B7.. or B12 once per day. I do remember the woman stating that her mother;s symptoms were lessened/ now which B Vitemin woukd have been taken three times per day?

Thanks for your reply, John. I am, at least, going to try the B2, B6, B7 and B12. I am going to give you the number of tablets I think should be given to your mother. Just let me know if my totals are correct, Vitamin B2 - 1/3 of a 100mg tablet three times eer day; Vitamin B6 - 1/3 of a 100mg tablet once per day; Vitamin B12 - (10) 5000mcg caps every other day.
I had made an error in the post above regarding B7 suggesting that I am giving her a total of 3 gms/day divided into 3 equal doses of 1gm each. I have now edited it as given below
*B7 - Total dose of 3000mcg/day, divided into 3 equal doses of 1000mcg each
Note: 1000mcg = 1mg ; so total dose/day is 3 mg and not 3 gms. Big difference
John, getting ewdy to order vitamins. Just wondering if the anount of B12 could also have been overlooked becauseof tha amount compared. to the otheramounts. Is the amount of B112 really 5 gms avery other day ot should the amount be 5 mg every other day,
B12 is 5000mcg every day that I am giving to my mother. She is a vegetarian so I want to make sure she gets enough B12 daily. If I mentioned it as 5gms, then it is wrong and sorry for the error. I have edited the same to correct it in my above post.
