Nature provides B12 drops

I received these drops today (recommended by this helpful forum), which are high strength 3000 mcgs. The instructions state 12 drops per day to give you the correct dose of 3000 mcgs.

Could I make sure that these are not too high for a first purchase of B12 vitamins as others seem lower in strength (1,200 per day when I purchased tablets recently) but they had manifold in so I couldn’t take them.

Thank you for any information to help with this query.

Thank you very much. Could you explain the pink/red colour. Although, these drops have a lot fewer additives, I was not sure why they are this colour.

Few weeks perhaps

Retest 6-8 weeks after adding B12 and separate Vitamin B complex daily
