WOW! Great chrome add-on spots FAKE Amazon reviews for our stack of supplements!
If you are like me, I feel like I am shopping
'BLIND'
for
vitamins
. Sure, there are reviews. But how
'RELIABLE'
are they? And it takes FOREVER to search Google about every brand/company who manufactures a supplement. You NEVER KNOW if you are actually getting what you paid for.

Help for brain - some herbs and vitamins
I recently found out about Gotu Kola which is found in some teas and can help against Alzheimer’s and promote tranquility. Also jasmine flowers can help fight against Alzheimer’s as can Ginko Biloba a as no Omega 3 fish oils. I wanted to share for those of you interested in improving brain health.

Help With Blood Test Results
I asked if this was an autoimmune condition and did she recommend taking
vitamins
and was told no to both. I’ve received a letter with blood test results and the Endo has advised me to reduce my dose from 100/125 on alternative days to 100 mcg 4 days a week and 125 mcg 3 days a week.

Starting off on T4/T3 combo
Plan is to try and get Levo from NHS GP, and then look more in depth with private doctor about the full picture with
vitamins
, cortisol etc. and potentially get T3.

Blood tests & upcoming endo appt advice
As normal the endo didnt test FT3 or any
vitamins
16th June23: TSH 0.23 (0.27-4.2) FT4 22.3 (10.8-25.5) My endo appt later this week - I am hoping he will offer me a trial of T3. Last time I spoke to him was in March after I had a dose increase in December from 100/125 to 125 daily.

can anyone recommend lovely thyroid specialist bucks/hearts/London area/zoom
I also want to know why I don’t absorb
vitamins
from diet or supplements properly. I’m looking for someone who understands central hypothyroid issues too. Can anyone recommend someone? I’m desperate.
