How often to test vitamins when supplimenting?

Hello all, just a quick question...how often do you test your vitamin levels? I take Thorne basic b, and vit d with K drops, and magnesium...Just wondering when how often to check...

Are you trying to raise your levels or are they optimal and you're maintaining them?

If raising then I would test about every 3-4 months to check levels and adjust dose if necessary. If maintaining then once or twice a year, and Vit D twice a year as you may need seasonal changes to your dose.
