Do you carry on taking multivitamins like Pregnacare for pregnancy after 12w or do you pick and choose the vitamins you like? I am 17w today and my recent batch of Pregnacare ran out, I've been taking them for years... I know you don't have to but my midwife said it contains all the good stuff so if I don't have particular issue with anything I can just take 1 tablet a day. Before I buy them in bulk I just want to hear people's opinions as it would be nice to not have to take the coated tablets for once 😀
I am taking VitD and omega 3 though, the Pregnacare has folic acid and low dose of other benefits though

I took pregnacare and vitamin D throughout my first pregnancy and doing the same now. Finished using the oregnacare conception pills I had in stock before moving onto pregnacare original
I’ve kept taking mine. I think the pregnancare range does one for conception and ones for during pregnancy.
My midwife also gave me some from the NHS “healthy start” I think which she said I could get free from her if I asked at each apppoibtment and that they contained the same things as the pregnacare range.
I think they do recommend you keep taking folic acid and Vit D throughout pregnancy.
I am 19 weeks and continuing with Pregnacare (the orange original tablets). My midwife said it's fine to continue taking them if I'm happy buying them and if I want to stop I should just take vitamin D.
I ditched the mega expensive pre-conception ones I was taking as they had a variety of other bits in that was supposed to be good and got some cheaper multi vits. I found my iron levels dropped when pregnant so chose one that had high iron levels too.Growing a baby is tough on the body so personally I felt the omega has been helpful to stop me being too tired and not had too bad baby brain - hope that helps you too!
