Hi to all the ladies suffering from perimenopause it is not nice I’m being very polite there. I’ve been looking on Amazon at all the different supplements ranging from vitamins to herbal remedies for peri menopause some claim to help with hormones and anxiety. There are so many different types/brands I really don’t know where to start. I was wondering if anyone has tried any of these products and found them some what helpful if so I would really like to hear from you thank you so much.
