I have hypothyroidism and these are my recent results. Any suggestions please on how I can reduce my thyroid globulin antibodies and TSH? I take 1 NDT per day with a range of vitamins (one of each), Selenium, Vit D3, B12, Omega 3, Zinc. I eat a balanced diet, am 9.5 stone, 5ft 6 inches. I eat limited foods with gluten and minimum artificial sugar. Thank you.

Your TSH is high because your thyroid hormone levels are low!
You are hypothyroid....and undermedicated
By 1 NDT a day do you mean 1 grain
If so 1 grain ( 60mcg) contains 38mcg of T4 and 9mcg of T3 which is a relatively low dose.
Suggest you need to increase your dose...perhaps initially by half a grain
Re-test after at least 6 weeks on that steady dose...you will likely need further dose changes but those changes must be low and slow to allow the body to adapt.
High Tg antibodies suggest thyroid autoimmune disease/ Hashimotos....a gluten free diet is recommended
Trying to reduce antibodies is not going to help you much. It's not the antibodies attacking your thyroid. So, even if you managed to get rid of them all - highly unlikely - you would still have Hashi's. They have a job to do cleaning up the mess left after an immune system attack on your thyroid, so if I were you, I'd just let them get on with it.
How long have you been on this 1 grain dose - how long from last dose was the blood draw and do you split this dose ?
Are you being treated by an endocrinologist or self medicating ?
Were you on T4 monotherapy before you switched to NDT and have a blood test from being on T4 monotherapy so we have some comparison ?
The TSH is very high - showing you needing a dose increase - and generally speaking when taking any thyroid hormone replacement containing T3 - this lowers a TSH :
1 grain NDT - depending on brand contains around 9 mcg T3 + 38 mcg T4 :
No thyroid hormone replacement works well until your core strength vitamins and minerals especially those those of ferritin, folate, B12 and vitamin d are up and maintained at optimal levels.
Do you have any readings and ranges of these there of nutrients ?
Were you diagnosed Hashimoto's Auto Immune Thyroid Disease as I read it is necessary to first ' heal one's gut ' :
Have you been checked out for celiac and gluten intolerance ?
You can read more around all things thyroid on the Thyroid UK website - thyroiduk.org and since you have Hashimoto's you might like to read further around on the research and work of Dr Izabella Wentz - thyroidpharmacist.com
