Starting again...
Around 2017 I stopped taking the supplements because of feeling overmedicated and just continued with
vitamins
(B12, folate, D3). All went very well until the beginning of this year when I've started to feel very tired and low energy again.

Mum's journey with adrenal insuffiency and hypothyroidism
Previously, she had anaemia and low neutrophils as well but we treated that with supplements like B12, B
Vitamins
, Iron with Vitamin C and so on. She also exercises regularly and will soon be starting again. The thyroid test we had indicated her TSH was high at 5.9.

Vitamins/supplements for cll?
I found out AFTER I was diagnosed with CLL that low vitamin D is a risk factor for getting CLL. I have had chronically low vitamin D even though I worked outside for half my working life. I was haphazard in supplementing the past 30 years. With recent research, I'm seeing all kinds of supposedly helpful

Mixing pills (prescription and over-the-counter)
I take two popular
vitamins
that seem to be safe and a supplement (now on prescription) that can lead to problems. I've just bought a very popular vitamin which, my research suggested, seems to be the only supplement that might alleviate one condition.

Homocysteine Nutrients
https://www.seekinghealth.com/products/homocysteine-nutrients I really like the sound of this product but I’m concerned about the B
vitamins
that are missing, namely B3 and B1.

Poor GP response for years!
As far as I know I have never had antibodies checked or whether I am deficient in any
vitamins
. I actually may request my bloods medical records for the past 10 years to see if I have been poorly managed all this time!

Is it worth doingan econsult Monday?
As for
vitamins
, I stared better ones last month (got a finger wag already for changing too much at once) and it's too soon to test to see if that is helping.
