I know guys take supplements like Saw Palmetto and zinc and magnesium. I think, as long as you eat a varied diet and you don’t have any significant digestive problems, your money is better in the bank. My BPH was diagnosed around 4 years ago and all is fine taking tamsulosin and tadalafil.

I don’t take any prescription medication I eat sensibly and a variety of fruits and vegetables so I agree with you
