I have some questions that maybe someone can help me with.
Also, I am now very low on
vitamins
D. I have never had problems with low
vitamins
because I follow a good balanced diet. My lungs are affected and I am at 62% lung function because of the damage by the clots in my lungs. Has anyone had lung involvement?

Help with not tolerating T3 Liothyronine
My key
vitamins
are optimal. For the first 8 hours after taking 5mcg Liothyronine I feel dreadful and then I feel better but still tired with brain fog.

Feeling like something stuck in my throat on swallowing - any thoughts please
Thanks to this site , I do feel so much better (than the previous 10 years) having improved my
Vitamins
and taking my levo just before bed. I also avoid Teva as it doesn't suit me.

Starting again...
Around 2017 I stopped taking the supplements because of feeling overmedicated and just continued with
vitamins
(B12, folate, D3). All went very well until the beginning of this year when I've started to feel very tired and low energy again.

Would like some suggestions for a B complex product with low dose B12 and folate please
Homocysteine Nutrients
https://www.seekinghealth.com/products/homocysteine-nutrients I really like the sound of this product but I’m concerned about the B
vitamins
that are missing, namely B3 and B1.

magnesium summary
I subscribe to Consumer Lab which looks at the science behind
vitamins
minerals etc.. it then tests these to see if the products are what they say they are. Hopefully you can open the link. It’s long but gives an understanding of magnesium and why we need it if our levels are low.

Folder levels high
How can I get the other B
vitamins
if I don't want any more folate? Any advice would certainly be appreciated! Thank you kindly, Nancy

Very rapid weight gain, dose increase
I am probably still under-dosed and will need to up it again to 100mg but was hoping to wait for another 4 weeks to retest and see if
vitamins
etc also improved as I am supplementing all of them now too. https://healthunlocked.com/thyroiduk/posts/150944855/t3-starting-dose-too-high?

HRT or not?
I’m currently taking 75mg of levo & a lot of other
vitamins
, but still feel tired in the afternoons. I usually need a 2 hour nap, but it’s difficult as I work full time. I should think many of you feel the same. I saw the endo at hospital who said my levels were fine & sent me away.

Phosphoethanolamine
I notice that in addition to this phosphoethanolamine, the pills also contain some normal
vitamins
which I already take anyway.

Recurring Cycle
For example, take brand new
vitamins
for health or other forms of experimenting with new things and then I'll slowly but surely revert back to my old ways. I won't even realize I have reverted back at times but I always do in everything I do.

hEDS and B12 comorbidity?
I have seen on the EDS website that deficiencies in
vitamins
B12 and D plus iron are common. Elsewhere I’ve seen the suggestion that people with hEDS might have issues with absorbing folic acid properly.

Vitamins and Hydrea ?
I asked previously about
vitamins
and Peginterferon, but didn't have a chance to ask about Hydrea during my last consultation. Is anybody aware of any interructions or has any recommendations? Thank you very much. Mary

Hello everyone,Does anyone have a post on calculating target ranges for each of the
vitamins
we care about (vit d, ferritin etc). I have scrolled through pinned posts and searched but couldn't find the info in one place. Happy Friday to all.
