*Sensitive* OTD BFP
What I did differently for this transfer, I took canesflor vaginal probiotics prior to transfer, as well as BioGaia gastrus tablets, buscopan on and after transfer date, we used embryo glue for the first time, and continued the daily prenatal
vitamins
(pregnacare) as well as Vitamin D supplement.

More blood tests required?
As I am being treated for OVERACTIVE thyroid, can someone please tell me If should ask my GP to schedule me for other blood tests (available on the NHS), such as iron, ferrite,
vitamins
? I dont know normally happens or what I have to ask for.

Fed Up
On a positive note new doctor did do my B
vitamins
which I’ve never had done before. Anyway they said they are all normal. I’m feeling terribly achy in my legs and finger’s especially first thing in the morning and can’t lose weight so my BMI is higher than it should be.

B vitamin absorbtion
Given that individuals with PA cannot absorb B12 via tablet form are we able to absorb the other B
vitamins
this way? I'm unclear as to whether IF is needed for all B
vitamins
absorption.Thanks.

GREAT PRICE on 'MADE in the USA' vitamins
And as you probably know, 95% of the
vitamins
on Amazon are sourced from China, India, etc. God knows what is 'really' in them.

I am just wondering if there any
vitamins
you shouldn't take with a stent/heart meds. I've read folic acid? Which is in my multivitamins. What about omega 3? B12? I'm having major issues with a burning mouth and wanted to try supplements Does anyone what you can and can't take?

I will say that my
vitamins
are not good. They were not looking brilliant last July and I’ve done very little to improve them. I’m rubbish at taking them, don’t know why when they could potentially make me feel so much better! I’ve even got them all in the cupboard 🙄😳🤯.

Blood test protocol?
I've booked a full thyroid blood test and there's no specific advice about when to take my last dose of levothyroxine (usually 10pm), or
vitamins
and supplements or food prior to the appointment. I want to get it right! Thank you

Am I on enough thyroid medication for my weight
I 'ran' my disease states by identifying what part of the body was showing me it needed help with
vitamins
or minerals - think about it - dis-ease of the body - lucky enough in those days to be tested every 3 months - what I have found is that the body will drag from your food anything it needs to keep

thyroid blood test tomorrow
Early tomorrow I am having a comprehensive thyroid blood test (ie tsh, t3, t4 plus
vitamins
etc). I am confused about whether to take levothyroxine before the test or not. There seems to be so much conflicting information on this subject. Thanks for any comments.

I looked at my face
I bought all of the
vitamins
and have great face creams. I've spent my time since I was 18 taking care of my skin, stay out of the sun, drink lots of liquids- self care. The abrasion thing has a bunch of tiny needles that scratch off the top layers of skin . It hurts.

what thyroid or other tests will help in improving heart condition ?
I have ulcerative colitis so think this stops me absorbing
vitamins
as much as I should. sorry it’s such a long post. Quite scared now as BHF nurse advised light activity only and kept saying she was so sorry.

This, that, all?
The results show my
vitamins
are bad and I am getting this sorted out this week with supplements and an overhaul of my diet. Should I try first with
vitamins
and diet and see if I start to feel a little better or would people advise I do both?

I’m Quite Annoyed Over My Latest Blood Tests.
No
vitamins
were tested this time except D3 and B12 ! and they are both fine. I had asked them to repeat everything that was tested last time…but did they heck! So can you tell from this whether I need to reduce further?

Advice on Tests Please
My concern is that the
vitamins
are just swimming in the bloodstream and not actually doing anything. Many thanks in advance 🫶🏽
