Hello everyone,Does anyone have a post on calculating target ranges for each of the vitamins we care about (vit d, ferritin etc).

I have scrolled through pinned posts and searched but couldn't find the info in one place.

Happy Friday to all.

Always bear in mind lab ranges vary & so do measurements.

Vit D - 100-150 nmol/L

B12 - top of range for total B12,

for Active B12 at least 70, preferably 100+ (pmol/L)

Folate - at least half way through range.

Ferritin - half way through range.
