My RLS has settled for the time being. Thank you for the information and support!
Because I received such a good amount of information last year, I was able to check some of the important
vitamins
and minerals. Each day I take; Vitamin D 25ug. Magnesium; 375mg. And a vitamin B complex which includes; B6; 1.4mg. B12; 0.5ug.

Starting again...
Around 2017 I stopped taking the supplements because of feeling overmedicated and just continued with
vitamins
(B12, folate, D3). All went very well until the beginning of this year when I've started to feel very tired and low energy again.

Partners ALP gradually increasing.
He was taking Vit B12 to try and help this but again I'm concerned as he hasn't checked
vitamins
with docs as not seeing him until November. I don't know whether he'd have low B12 or high as I've read contrasting things. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you all.

Thyroid result questions
I am currently not taking any
vitamins
as when my packs finished I didn't reorder. My Dr is usually good about testing for T3 and vits but didn't this time and I wondered if it's worth me getting these done privately?

Success at 42? I need good stories xx
I have been on some
vitamins
like coq10 tho. Not sure why I'm writing this, just completely fed up of how unlucky my husband and I have been to still be trying after all these years. Feels like I'm going into this negatively already.

Would like some suggestions for a B complex product with low dose B12 and folate please
Homocysteine Nutrients
https://www.seekinghealth.com/products/homocysteine-nutrients I really like the sound of this product but I’m concerned about the B
vitamins
that are missing, namely B3 and B1.

Mum's journey with adrenal insuffiency and hypothyroidism
Previously, she had anaemia and low neutrophils as well but we treated that with supplements like B12, B
Vitamins
, Iron with Vitamin C and so on. She also exercises regularly and will soon be starting again. The thyroid test we had indicated her TSH was high at 5.9.

vitamins
and have been researching some suppliers. Has anyone bought from Royal Oak health before. I am looking at purchasing VitD3+K2 and B12 initially to help me on my hypothyroid journey and then adding magnesium when l get my next wage.

Mixing pills (prescription and over-the-counter)
I take two popular
vitamins
that seem to be safe and a supplement (now on prescription) that can lead to problems. I've just bought a very popular vitamin which, my research suggested, seems to be the only supplement that might alleviate one condition.

or my thyroid? Thanks in advance. Any advice on how to increase my vitamin levels and decrease my antibodies would be appreciated!

New Thyroid Results - Conversion Issue?
I have been inconsistent in taking
vitamins
because they tend to upset my stomach - I don't do well with Vit D and the B
vitamins
. I used to take Selenium every day until my endo told me to stop. I'm ready to start again.

Do I need to stop
with biotin in for an iron panel blood test please? Or is it just for thyroid blood tests that biotin is stopped? Help appreciated, thank you.
