Hi all, I have quarterly iron Panel blood test booked on Wednesday.
Do I need to stop vitamins with biotin in for an iron panel blood test please?
Or is it just for thyroid blood tests that biotin is stopped?
Help appreciated, thank you.

Stop any supplements that contain biotin 5-7 days before any blood test
So stop taking vitamin B complex, instead you might consider taking daily folate instead that week
If measuring iron and ferritin and taking iron supplements stop these 3-5 days before test too
