what about
Vitamin
A, B6,
E
and K ? I believe they too are fat soluble. I presume those too would be low. do vitamin supplements in tablet form work ? Or do I need to look at other ways to boost those vitamins.

hi. Firstly, whenever bloods taken in Australia, it’s every test, from T3/4/TSH and all vitamins etc. With that said, and I had total thyroidectomy plus RAI after papillary cancer. Endo has me on 125 Eltroxin, keeping me low TSH. He says this is best after thyroid cancer. Feeling no energy and 2

Recent GP visit with a mouth full of ulcers brought long standing health issues to a head. I have a long history of health issues since contracting mononucleosis in 1987. Fatigue, dizziness, headaches, migraines, Endometriosis, sleep disorder - hypnogogic hallucinations, sun allergy that began as a rash

Testing advice after trialling T3
Hi all, I’ve managed to stay on T3 for a while now and I’m getting ready to do a thyroid test. I take two doses of T3, one around 6am with my Levothyroxine and the second T3 dose at 2pm. If I do my test 8am I’d imagine it’s fine as far as the Levo is concerned but is this gap OK for the T3? And is

Large follicles on day 1 of period
Good morning all, It has been some time since my last update. I could not start IVF in August because my TSH was over 3, still waiting for it to go below 2.5. I did go to check follicles today, day 1 of my period and the doctor found 4 , 3 out of those are around 13, 15, and 17mm. She said they looked

Solution to extremely high TPO Ab?
Hi, I previously posted my NHS and private blood results and still learning to find my solution to very high TPO (933). Just in my simple brain, if your antibodies are attacking the body, they attack good & bad and thus won’t absorb vitamins/nutrients/medication? I feel a bit overwhelmed for the best

Hi I am a long time methotrexate user and have just been diagnosed with acid reflux. I have been put on 40mg Omeprazole. Is anybody else on both? I am worried about my kidneys and also my joints and muscles due to omeprazole leaching vitamins. I am on 20mg Methotrexate. Thanks

I am not fine.
I am at a point that when people ask I smile and say "I'm fine." to them. The truth is ugly and messy. I am pretty good at fighting off this illness that's dragging me down again. I am spending a lot of time in bed, I need a bath, ... I am setting small goals. Today I changed my bedding. I can't remember

Very fast pulse that I do not understand. Help!
I have somewhat neglected my hypothyroidism over the last couple of years to concentrate on my more recently diagnosed Pernicious Anaemia, Bile acid malabsorption and atrophic gastritis. I have been taking 100mcg Levothyroxine and 125mcg Levothyroxine alternating each day and that has seemed pretty
