When is best day of my cycle to get Female Hormone Test done if perimenopausal?
Getting a Female Hormone test done to see if my hormones are causing the fatigue rather than the hypothyroidism, as weakness & fatigue has got worse since taking Levothyroxine. The test is to check the main female hormones except projestorone. I was going to get it with Medichecks. When is the best day

What to do about supplements when going abroad
I presume a spray bottle of iron or
vitamin
D
plus K is ok. Do you put them in toileteries pack with shampoo etc? I suppose for selenium I can just eat Brazil nuts while I'm away and whatever food is high in zinc and vitamin C?

Knee surgery
I was told by my surgeon to start taking Vitamin D3 daily (at least 2,000 IU) because they will test my
Vitamin
D
level prior to surgery and if it's not at least 25, then they will cancel my surgery, and I don't want that to happen.

Another meds review (statins)
Just had another meds review with the GP Clinician/Pharmacist. He is pretty certain I am showing signs of statin intolerance. I stopped Rosuvastatin last week owing to awful leg pains which hsve subsided since stopping. He did explain that for someone with history of HA that statins were important but

Pressure on bladder - non typical uti symptoms
She's also found she has a
vitamin
D
deficiency. Could that play a part in these symptoms? Seeing as they are both new to her We don't know whether to wait for the lab results before taking the antibiotics...or take them and risk side effects for no reason! Can anyone give advice?
