When is best day of my cycle to get Female Hormone Test done if perimenopausal?

Getting a Female Hormone test done to see if my hormones are causing the fatigue rather than the hypothyroidism, as weakness & fatigue has got worse since taking Levothyroxine. The test is to check the main female hormones except projestorone. I was going to get it with Medichecks. When is the best day of my cycle to get this done? I am currently on day 18 and may not have another cycle for a few months as perimenopausal. I've heard people say day 3 or day 14. I'm also getting projestorone tested on day 21 and awaiting T3 & vit d test results.Thanks

Day 3 is the best day but if you have an irregular cycle which is a classic indication of perimenopause then day 3 can be difficult to identify.

We are encouraged to identify perimenopause by symptoms but these may overlap with other conditions given hormones are so influenced by each other.

Follicular, ovulatory, and luteal phases can become mixed and the DUTCH Cycle Mapping measures hormones for the whole month so much more comprehensive but also more expensive than a standards bloods.
