Vit D deficient
for the last 3 years I’ve been experiencing peculiar feelings like the odd numbness in my hands and feet, weird almost tremblings up and down my arms, more anxiety than usual, awful muscle and bone pain in my legs and around my torso so as usual I put everything down to my AF or my hypertension. Anyway

TSH increase
I recently had blood tests due to feeling really fatigued especially after exercising. I’ve been on levo for 13 years for Hashimoto’s. Levels have been up and down. Last test was 0.75 and I felt fine. That was 9 months ago. Most recent test it was 7.16! No wonder I feel bad. All vits tested on the low

1 1/2yrs of treatment and I’m getting worse again.
Need advice. I’m concerned. I was diagnosed with PA (lack IF via blood test) a year and a half ago. I have been on daily Hydroxo injections since. I started at a high concentrated dose (I’m in US) of 5,000mcg day and dosed it down to 1,750mcg day. I maintained this dose for 6 plus months and still

Pain in the spleen/splenomegaly
I don't take any other medicine, just
vitamin
D
. In general, I eat a healthy, meat-free diet. My white blood cells are 74,000. The other values are “normal”. Can I do gentle yoga? Thank you very much.

Feeling really low at the minute. Sorry this is a long one but just want to write it all down.
My only concern with them was they refused to check vitamins and could never get appointment was
vitamin
B12 Folate and Vit
D
which were all low and I was self medicating these to be optimal and my TSH needed to be between 0.2 and 2 it was 5 at old GP I feel good some days and not so good others.

Blacklist for T3
I'm currently under an endocrinologist, we discussed possible treatment also looking at other reasons why I'm tired(especially in afternoons) plus other usual symptoms associated with hypothyroidism, I've Ords & anti bodies & Doi2 deficiency. Currently on 100/125mcg alternate so far so good. In July

Musings on stress relievers – I know what might help to alleviate stress, but why don’t I do them?
Spoiler alert: This post is REALLY long! Stress seems to be a biggie for most of us in this day and age. Part of the human condition in general it would appear (thanks cave dwelling ancestors!) and also more specifically when dealing with PMR/GCA. As PMRpro and others often mention, it is frequently

vit d spray
I have just read through a thread of someone’s post and saw that it said the vit d spray did not need to be 4 hours away from levothyroxine, is that correct?
