doseage???

I posted my latest results earlier and got some good advice, but i just wanted to check that from tomorrow i'm taking the right doses 😬

I'm going to reduce my levothyroxine dose by 12.5mcg to 125mcg, stay on 5000iu Vitamin D, keep taking a B complex and also a magnesium capsule. I'll carry on taking 1 ferrous fumerate tablet a day with a vitamin c capsule but I've had some good suggestions on iron supplements but now i can't decide between the heme iron or the iron patches!!! 🤯😂😂😂

Also I've just bought a probiotic and wondered if i need to take it away from any supplements?

I believe SlowDragon is very good with timings for vits and minerals etc. hopefully she’ll be along with some advice.

Is your vitamin D mouth spray or pills

If mouth spray you can take an hour away from thyroid hormone

If pills should be at least 4 hours and with high fat food …so usually dinner

B complex best after breakfast

Personally I would take probiotic then too

Magnesium at least 4 hours away from levothyroxine, best at bedtime or early evening if you take levothyroxine at bedtime

Iron well away from all other supplements except vitamin C

Thanks SlowDragon, i pretty much take them as you've suggested 😁 i just wasn't sure on when to take the probiotic. I've taken the advice i got the other day and reduced my levothyroxine to 125mcg, am i doing the right thing?🤔
