Poor egg equality, day 3 tranfer, need advice/encouragement
After the recent failed FET, I started acupuncture and a variety of supplements (fish oil,
vitamin
D
, acai, goji berry, and melatonin per my acupuncturist). Starting another round next week and REI is making no changes to my protocol. He will not start growth hormone.

Any suggestions for how to improve my poos
I expect this is probably being caused by the cocktail of meds I am taking - Methotrexate, Prednisone , Omeprazole, folic acid, Alendronic Acid, statins, and
Vitamin
D
. However, I am wondering if there is anything I could be doing to improve this? Suggestions gratefully received.

It says we’re a bit short on
vitamin
d
, b12, maybe calcium, a bit much saturated fat from my sample dinner which had coconut cream. It gave a list of substitutions and extra snacks along with advice not to eat protein with the levodopa.

Advice on ‘normal’ test results
D
level 47 nmol/L [75.0 - 250.0]; Between 25 and 50 nmol/L:
Vitamin
D
insufficiency (Told to take supplements) Also got a text message to lower my cholesterol Do the thyroid results in particular need no action given T4 is below normal range?

Should I ask to go up on my levothyroxine dosage?
My ferritin,
vitamin
D
, folic acid, and B12 are now optimal. I have been experiencing a lot more anxiety lately, but my other symptoms are all still there. Should I now ask my GP to increase my dosage? I've gone up to 67.6kg now, so should I be on around 100mcg of levothyroxine? Thank you

Changing room Chat. May. Week 3... Too HOT to Handle?
Benefits too, come with the sunshine, though, in the form of boosts of
Vitamin
D
. ( do not forget the sunscreen), and also, a real mood booster, plus, the lure of getting outside and enjoying everything on offer:) Okay... things to think about: dehydration... overheating... heatstroke and generally

Results guidance please
I’ve also been advised to take an extra 1000 units of
Vitamin
D
daily. I was slightly confused by the TPA result, as my NHS blood tests for TPAs over the last couple of years were all very high around 1000.
