A huge thank you to everyone who has kindly offered me advice on my post, I have just taken my 2nd InvitaD3 capsule 50,000 IU capsule. So pleased I joined this forum as you all understand what each other is going through as sometimes family don’t.

Hi, I’ve long since finished my 6 week D3 course and don’t feel any different either. The gp practice also started me on vitamin b12 injections but had to stop them because they were making me feel very unwell. Have been trying to get outside in short sleeves to get some natural vitamin D from the lovely warm sunny weather had recently in North West England that unfortunately has broke yesterday evening 14th April 25 with rain starting up continuing into today 15th. So back to the one a day lower dosage vitamin D tablets I go.
