A huge thank you to everyone who has kindly offered me advice on my post, I have just taken my 2nd InvitaD3 capsule 50,000 IU capsule. So pleased I joined this forum as you all understand what each other is going through as sometimes family don’t.

Are you feeling any better for taking the D3? I am due to start with the same 50. 0000 for 6 weeks.

I don’t feel any different

I am taking 1.000iu capsules now 1 per day as advised by the GP after finishing the high dose ones.
