TriOn Pharma recalls Vitamin D3 2000iu/ml supplements because of excess levels of Vitamin D3
Last updated: 8 January 2025
TriOn Pharma is recalling two food supplement products. Aactive D3 Drops and Aactive D3 Solution because they contain higher levels of vitamin D3 than written on the label.
However, if the amount is inconsistent they wouldn't want to imply it was, say, double potency when it could go up to four times.
Imagine someone made up the batch of powder including the correct amount of D. Then an idiot added a second lot of D and only partially mixed it? Amount could vary from almost right to many times.
