I don’t know about vitamin D 3, but 40 minutes of sun exposure is definitely toxic to me. I can feel my skin reacting after just 3 minutes of sun exposure. Rubbing in sunscreen stops the reaction immediately. Over the last 6 years, 9 minor skin cancer surgeries and counting…
