Thanks everyone [ vitamin D advice]

Thanks to everyone who responded to my post on taking vitamin D with stomach and bowel issues, im still looking at the products many on here have mentioned however I'm reluctant rpto take a gel capsule as I've had trouble with gel formed capsules in the past🤮.

I was very interested in the one which you can put on your skin👍 that seems a good option, I was going to to the experiment where I don't take the vit d and see if my pth stays over range or goes back in to range, but I know my gp will just jump on that by saying "well your not doing as instructed " so I will have to at least try some form of vit d for now until bloods are done in January 👍
