If vitamin D is stopped due to high levels, how soon does it take to reduce down? Is it days, weeks, months?

Thank you for any help members of this forum can offer.

I reduced my dose and it dropped by 23 points in two months.

Thank you. That is helpful to know.

Maybe it can take a while then too.

I take vit D. If I take it every 7 days it is slightly high, so at the moment I take it every 9 days. I also checked my levels after 10 and 12 days but the level dropped too low. Once I forgot it for almost 2 weeks and the levels were right down so for me vit D level drop happens quickly.
