Also, I take
vitamin

High B12 - more tests needed?
Serum B12 is consistently high (latest 872, range 197 - 771) without any
vitamin
B
supplements. Also, she has autoimmune thyroiditis, having tested positive for TPO & anti-thyroglobulin antibodies. Would it be worth while to do further blood tests, & if so, what?

bizarre turnaround
Since then I’ve lost 5lbs (diet and exercises) started taking
vitamin
b
complex,
vitamin
d and a general health vitamin to improve ferritin etc. Doctor did a full blood panel, everything normal, only tested TSH. (Now at 1).

Parkinson's Link to Gut Bacteria Suggests Unexpected, Simple Treatment
So it's possible that high doses of
vitamin
B
may prevent some of the damage, Nishiwaki and team propose. This all suggests ensuring patients have healthy gut microbiomes may also prove protective, as would reducing the toxic pollutants in our environment.

Question for anyone who is taking the above supplement. Has it changed the colour of your wee? Mine is a different colour to what it was before I sat taking the tablet it does return to normal colour as the day goes on but thought I would check to see if this was normal

Nervous tummy
I was wondering about any recommendations for
vitamin
B
complex or any other vitamins that might help to build me back up and relieve this for me. I currently have my EOD B12 injection and folinic acid pill.

Chronic pain , degenerative spinal disease
I found a recent article from the USA which discusses the role of
vitamin
B
complex and optimal Ferritin in the management of PN and restless legs syndrome. However, this information does not necessarily filter into the NHS.

Has anyone done an Organic Acid Test(OAT)?
I’ve been doing a lot of testing lately to determine what I should be eating or supplementing. The OAT will test methylation, b vitamins, oxalates, Mitochondria, amino acids and more. It also tests some neurotransmitters related to dopamine but understanding how I can use that information is above my
