I've noticed a difference!
About 6 weeks ago I started taking
vitamin
B
supplements and also CBD 5mg capsules. After about a week I'd noticed my clicks joints had quietened down a bit, my hands weren't as painful and I'd started to walk upstairs more normally.

I found a recent article from the USA which discusses the role of
vitamin
B
complex and optimal Ferritin in the management of PN and restless legs syndrome. However, this information does not necessarily filter into the NHS.

How much does Vitamin B affect test results?
Then afterwards I realized that I'd forgotten to stop taking my
Vitamin
B
suppliments. So my question is - does
Vitamin
B
always interfere with test results? If so, how much and which results in particular?

bizarre turnaround
Since then I’ve lost 5lbs (diet and exercises) started taking
vitamin
b
complex,
vitamin
d and a general health vitamin to improve ferritin etc. Doctor did a full blood panel, everything normal, only tested TSH. (Now at 1).

Negative PA Test - way forward
At that point, my doctor also put me on
Vitamin
B
compound tablets to take 3 times a day. I still have symptoms (pins and needles in feet, legs, and genitals, although fatigue and irritability has improved. Can anyone suggest a way forward?

buzzing in foot
I’ve been started taking
vitamin
B
12 vitamins in the morning, and after two episodes of the gabapentin and daily B12 I no longer have the issues. I also have Hashimoto’s disease. I have an appointment to see my GP in January and will get a full panel of annual test done.

Question….
It seems to me there was a post not too long ago about the
Vitamin
B
complex, low in B6, to use with the high dose
Vitamin
B1 protocol. I thought I saved it but I can’t find it here or on Facebook. Can someone help me out. Thank you.

Taking Biotin
Hello, As part of my daily suppliment intake I take the full range of B vitamins (B1-12), which includes 50mcg biotin. As I understand it, this is less than the 20mg which would affect my T4 levels, is that right? And at this dosage do I still need to stop taking this particular suppliment 2 days

Vitamin B complex before blood tests
I know that you should stop any
b
vitamin
supplements for 3-7 days before a thyroid test due to the biotin but does this apply to other blood tests. GP wants me to do some blood tests next week for iron etc and wondering if I should stop the b complex before. TIA
