Last year December 2022 and March 2023 TSH levels low after NHS blood tests but no follow up so did medichecks advance blood test may 2023 and latest one just now I’ve put my results here , , I also have APS syndrome and on clopidogrel , atorvastatin and lansoprazole also stated Vitamin b complex bought from chemist

I get muscle aches and tiredness but that may be my medication or APS

Hi Nesting, welcome to the forum.

As you take a statin, I imagine your cholesterol is high, right? Not a good idea for a hypo to take statins. High cholesterol is a hypo symptom and it's saying that your FT3 is too low. Raise the FT3 and the cholesterol level will drop.

Taking lansoprazole will affect your absorption of thyroid hormones - if you're taking them - and nutrients from food. Have you had your nutrients tested: vit D, vit B12, folate, ferritin?

I see that you're interested in acid reflux, and presume that that is why you've been prescribed lansoprazole. But, hypos are more likely to have low stomach acid than high. The symptoms are the same. But taking a PPI will make things worse - in the long-run - rather than better.

And that's all one can say with so little information.

Peroxidase antibodies <9 range 0 to 34

Also diagnosed hiatus hernia and esophagitis about 2018 and put on omeprazole but that was changed few years ago to lansoprazole when I started atorvastatin because of interaction

Had mri scan for tinnitus and they found pineal gland cyst and remains of tiny blood clot in center of brain and blood tested positive for lupus anticoagulant so diagnosed aps and put on clopidogrel , atorvastatin and lansoprazole about 2019

Original haematology consultant wanted me on warfarin but I would have failed my work medical so he kept me on clopidogrel unless any changes
