Question for anyone who is taking the above supplement. Has it changed the colour of your wee?

Mine is a different colour to what it was before I sat taking the tablet it does return to normal colour as the day goes on but thought I would check to see if this was normal

😆 Yea, this is very normal. Any excess will be secreted through the urine hence the change in colour. It happens with any B complex.

This can be quite common with B Complex, it's the riboflavin, B2, that causes this. As you say your urine returns to normal colour later in the day, your body is excreting any excess B2 hence the bright yellow colour you are seeing.

ok thank you both

Although gonna have to look up riboflavin now because that sounds really interesting lol

It’s very good for prophylactic migraine treatment. 400 mg a day is frequently prescribed by doctors and it’s listed on NHS site.
