How much does Vitamin B affect test results?
Then afterwards I realized that I'd forgotten to stop taking my
Vitamin
B
suppliments. So my question is - does
Vitamin
B
always interfere with test results? If so, how much and which results in particular?

Taking Biotin
Hello, As part of my daily suppliment intake I take the full range of B vitamins (B1-12), which includes 50mcg biotin. As I understand it, this is less than the 20mg which would affect my T4 levels, is that right? And at this dosage do I still need to stop taking this particular suppliment 2 days

Results and Advice Please
I supplement with
Vitamin
B
, B12, D, magnesium citrate and glycinate, selenium, zinc, fish oil. I also take LDN (low dose naltrexone) 4.5 mcg. I used to be on high doses (100-125 mcg of levo) and 15 mcg of T3 felt terrible on this - migraines and always felt hypo.

Vitamin B6 Toxicity: Available Testing of B6 Plasma Level Does NOT Tell You What You Need to Know

Vitamin
B6 participates as a coenzyme in over 100 different biochemical reactions. When it does so it is converted to the inactive form, pyridoxine. The body contains a recycling loop that restores the pyridoxine to the active form, P5P.

Magic Magnesium Malate
Has anyone else tried this New Nordic magic magnesium Malate. I'm taking one tablet a day instead of recommended two. Each tablet has 120mg of magnesium, some b vitamins, which I'm used to but 2 extracts new to me. One has maritime pine bark extract 150mg per 2 tabs and some long pepper extract. I

B vits pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6)
What B vitamins do people take and what brands have pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6) in? What else do people take other than potassium rich diet and B vitamins and what form do you take folic acid in? I've heard it should be folate as folic acid isn't very good? Thanks

Vitamin B complex before blood tests
I know that you should stop any
b
vitamin
supplements for 3-7 days before a thyroid test due to the biotin but does this apply to other blood tests. GP wants me to do some blood tests next week for iron etc and wondering if I should stop the b complex before. TIA

Thyroid symptoms or Parkinsons, an update to my previous post
My Vitamin B12 hasn't moved much, I use a B12 complex daily (Liposomal
Vitamin
B
Complex Softgels suggested here) and have recently added a BetterYou B12 spray in hopes it will help. I still have muscle weakness and pain, and I am struggling with this, I'm shaky sometimes.
