Iron and sleep

Moringa is loaded with iron and many healthy vitamins and minerals, no other plant in the world gives more nutrients than moringa, organic black strap molasses is loaded with iron vitamin B and minerals, 5htp is one of my favourite products followed by Valerian and kava, take all things in moderation and alternate products, your body can get sick of the same old things. Kava, Valerian are well known to have interactions with drugs/poisons

5htp can cause serotonin syndrome, never use more than the recommended amount.

Natural products don't always have the same complications as drugs/poison the drug pusher use.
