Repost with more info: peripheral neuropathy
Thanks to Marion and Esperanto for helping me to provide more information. All questions answered here... (Original post question: my Movement Disorders Specialist (MDS) says foot numbness is not Pripheral Neuropathy, but rather a non motor symptom of Parkinson's??? ) I'm in my 10th year with PD symptoms

What ? and Watt !! 😜
In order for the special processes to occur, we need to have enough co-factors like
vitamin
B12,
vitamin
B1 (thiamine)
B2
, folate and iron. If those are low then we cannot get enough oxygen into our system and our power houses do not work effectively. So, our bodies cannot work properly.

Migraines, headaches, and relationship to b12
I feel like I spend half my life with a headache these days 😠There’s definitely migraine with prodrome/aura, which I suspect would be there to some degree without the PA as it’s so hormonal. Then there’s tension headaches, bad posture headaches, and a weird sort of one that feels like a sinus pressure

Nees help
i’m a 43-year-old guy who’s been diagnosed with Parkinson’s for five years. The meds for Parkinson sort of help. I’ve tried lots and lots of things, but the thing that made me feel the very best was B12. I think I have pernicious, anemia and Parkinson’s. I also have a very low B2 levels. If I don’t

Ramblings of an old Parky , Vitamins and finding a professional methodology
I have read so much information on this theme that I should know the subject, but I do not , and the more I read the more I appreciate those professionals that study and research it . My general understanding is that in the past a diet resulting from a complete lack of a particular vitamin would cause

Thyroid Lab Error
I've had thyroid disorder now for many years and it's been well managed. Now I'm pregnant and getting tested every month. I had a weird experience where my tested my TSH as 4.8 (0.4-4). That raised alarm bells so I went to a private clinic to get full blood work (FT3, FT4, vitamins and minerals etc.)

Intermittent fasting (daily 16:8) while taking Levothyroxine - to control weight. Your thoughts please, Is this ok or not advisable?
I’ve read that leaving 16 hours in between eating or drinking anything other than water is an effective way for the body to burn its fat stores. Then during the 8 hour window that you do have food, you make sure you are consuming all the beneficial vitamins, minerals, protein, etc. and sufficient calories

Teen boy impulsivity/help
Good morning. My 15 year old son has mild to moderate ADHD. Doing very well in school, but has some impulse behaviors with peers that has always been there and issues with focusing. He is also highly emotional and needs to "vent" to me daily. I want to make sure he is doing this in a healthy manner

ET + Anagrelide
Is anyone taking Angrelide and dealing with side effects? I have ET+CALR, became resistant to Hydrea and couldn't tolerate the side effects of Interferon. Now that I'm on Anagrelide (0.5mg twice a day) my platelets are in the 600,000's and I seem to tolerate it ok. However I deal with rapid heartbeats

People with hypothyroidism and ME
Those who suffer with both hypothyroidism and ME, do you find that your exhaustion is somewhat abated if your vitamins and minerals are optimal? I have posted previously about a friend who has had hypothyroidism for many years. But after contracting Covid she started to feel exhausted and eventually
