Vitamin B12 and B1, B2, B3, B5 and B7.
In every matrix (outer bit) of our powerhouses (mitochondria) that are in our 30 trillion cells. There are lots of reactions (metabolic pathways). So, the BIG CIRCLE has a name and the black rectangle at the bottom has one too but :- B1 in blue appears 3 times. B2 in green appears 5 times. B3 in

Migraines, headaches, and relationship to b12
I feel like I spend half my life with a headache these days 😭 There’s definitely migraine with prodrome/aura, which I suspect would be there to some degree without the PA as it’s so hormonal. Then there’s tension headaches, bad posture headaches, and a weird sort of one that feels like a sinus pressure

What ? and Watt !! 😜
In order for the special processes to occur, we need to have enough co-factors like
vitamin
B12,
vitamin
B1 (thiamine)
B2
, folate and iron. If those are low then we cannot get enough oxygen into our system and our power houses do not work effectively. So, our bodies cannot work properly.

Nees help
i’m a 43-year-old guy who’s been diagnosed with Parkinson’s for five years. The meds for Parkinson sort of help. I’ve tried lots and lots of things, but the thing that made me feel the very best was B12. I think I have pernicious, anemia and Parkinson’s. I also have a very low B2 levels. If I don’t

Feeling cold all the time
Hi, I have scleroderma and reynauds and while I am used to having cold hands and feet of late I am very cold all over, even my core. I was wondering if I might be low on some vitamins or minerals and was hoping someone might be able to advise. Regards, Darren

Update Sensitive BFP
Hi all, just a little update to say that I finally got my first BFP on Wednesday. I was so stunned, but it seems true! I’m writing and sharing this because in the past I have looked for hope from other members and when I’ve seen that they were sharing similar problems (failures or symptoms etc) I

Overmedication question
Hi all, I have been feeling really weird over the past couple of weeks and I wonder if I'm overmedicated. I take 100mcg levo daily following hemithyroidectomy in Dec. I had been feeling much better since starting the tablets in March. But over the past few weeks I've had hot sweats, very easy to lose

Any hope left?
Hello everyone I’ve just had a disaster second round (5 eggs, 3 mature, 2 fertilised but didn’t make it to transfer). I only had one embryo for round 1 too. I can’t really do anymore than I am (acupuncture, supplements, vitamins, steps, egg diet) and I’m not expecting things to dramatically improve

FET Supplements
Hi all, this is my first post to this forum. Our first fresh transfer failed today (OTD). We now will move onto our frozen embryo which I want to prepare for as I’ve read you should be on most vitamins for 3 months prior. Can anyone please share what vitamins/supplements they took before their FET

Thyrotoxicosis
Good Morning, I have just been diagnosed and confirmed with this condition being overactive thyroids and have all the symptoms. I'm waiting for my doctors to provide me with the relevant antibiotics. I'm a very active person loving well being and physical fitness . I would really appreciate some help

I want to understand what happened to me.
I stopped taking levothyroxine for a month because I wasn’t feeling any improvement at all. Then, I went back on it with a high dose of 100 mcg and felt a quick improvement. I had a lot of energy, and the brain fog disappeared. But, this improvement only lasted for 24 hours. I then increased the dose
