Our power cells are called mitochondria (might oh con dria). We have trillions of them. Some cells just have one, other cells have hundreds. Special processes occur in the outer bit (or matrix) of our power cells where the food we eat and the oxygen we breathe is transformed into energy.

In order for the special processes to occur, we need to have enough co-factors like vitamin B12, vitamin B1 (thiamine) B2, folate and iron. If those are low then we cannot get enough oxygen into our system and our power houses do not work effectively. So, our bodies cannot work properly.

In 1992, Howard Brody, a physician and ethicist wrote about the responsible use of power within the medical profession. He described 3 aspects:-

1) The training and knowledge that they have.

2) Their kindness and firmness.

3 Their status.

Years ago, lying on the grass, we heard it before we saw it. I smiled and said 2.2. Then she appeared in the sky, we admired the power of an aircraft. The recognition was by carefully listening, I was using the unit of Mach after the German physicist and philosopher. Both he and a German doctor separately determined the movement of the fluid in the human middle ear which maintains our sense of balance. Dr Breuer also did a bit of work on breathing and the wandering nerve (vagus nerve).

To relate physics to P.A./B12, there’s still a whole lot to sort out.
