I've just received my results. I'm struggling to keep my folate and ferritin levels up cnt understand why.. my vitamin D levels lower side but I have b2 and k2 so will start on them again. I'm on 75mg of Levothyroxine. Was on t3 but due to not being able to source I've not had any for 5 weeks.. am i right i thinking I need to increase my Levothyroxine?

Yes

Increase levothyroxine by 25mcg and retest again in 6-8 weeks

You may need further increase in levothyroxine after next test

which brand of levothyroxine are you currently taking

when on high enough dose levothyroxine and all four vitamins optimal, if Ft3 still remains low ….Then look at getting T3 prescribed

See information here re options and prices

Thank you for your reply and feed back. I'm currently on Wockhart levothyroxine .I increased my dose to 100mg as far as getting t3 highly doubtful as my end had me on it then took me off. Reason I had to purchase my own.. I even asked about private prescription and my doctor told me they can't give them out ( in his case didn't want to).

People with hypothyroidism get low vitamin levels as they get low stomach acid. This means that vitamins don't get absorbed well. This is likely the reason some of your levels are less than optimal.

Most members here buy supplements to bring levels up and maintain them at optimal levels which helps conversion of T4 to T3 and also makes your thyroid hormone work well.

You seem to be supplementing B12 but a B complex is better in many ways as it contains folate as well as B12 and the other B's and helps keep them all in balance. This B complex has all the right vitamins at a not unreasonable cost for 90 days supply. amazon.co.uk/Liposomal-Soft...

To raise ferritin its suggested to increase iron rich foods in your diet - chicken livers, pate, red meat etc

You could also try a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water just before your main meal to increase stomach acidity.

In case you get any private messages with T3 sources I will include this warning message about scammers.

When you receive a message with a recommendation, please do not assume it is genuine.

Scammers are joining the forum on a very regular basis and messaging members with their assertions that they have successfully purchased xyz medication from zyx source.

First, check the profile of the member that sent you the message. Are they a long term member with an active forum posting history? Or are they a recently joined member with little or no posting history?

Once you have what you think may be a genuine recommendation, please message a forum admin to ask whether the admin team have any feedback on the source you've been given.

Admins are not allowed to recommend sources, but we can tell you what, if any, feedback we've received about the source you've been given.

⚠️ Don't part with your much needed money until you are as sure as you can be that the source is genuine.

Scammers often join the forum and post a 'fake' story about their thyroid journey, that includes mention of self sourcing their thyroid meds. This is to encourage members to ask them where they purchase their medication without prescription.
