Who is good?

I have been advised to take Riboflavin 400mg a day. My local health store does not stock this and I will have to order from the internet. I have found 2 suppliers on Amazon and would like to hear peoples experiences with either - they are Greenvits and Best Naturals. Thanks

High Dose B2 ?

I noticed this paragraph from the following report https://www.askdrray.com/parkinsons-disease-from-too-much-meat-and-too-little-vitamin-b2/ "Riboflavin (=vitamin B2) is an important ingredient in a number of metabolic processes in brain cells that result in the production of dopamine, a brain hormone

Can and anxiety depression be causing all health problems..?

I'm really struggling.. I guess I'm hoping for someone to say "yes this happened to me and now I'm doing great!!" 😅 I realise that's a tall order.. I genuinely feel like something is wrong with my health and feel worse than hungover pretty much every day but tests are showing nothing.. My diagnosis

supplements for teenage migraine

Hello, Can anyone advise which supplements are worth trying for migraines and how much? I saw on the Cleveland’s clinic site the mention of riboflavin, magnesium and coenzyme q10 but it didn’t say how much and if suitable for a 14 year old. My daughter has suffered migraines since the age of 3

Ndph (new persistent daily headaches) /chronic migraine

Anyone had a diagnosis of this? My daughter is 13. She has been suffering with continuous migraines for a year next month and she has just been diagnosed as either ndph or chronic migraines. We've been told that whatever label it's given treatment will be the same. She's now on Nortriptyline 3 weeks

PD and migraines and B2

To cut a long story short, coenzyme forms of vitamin B2 and vitamin B1 are important to say the least in the mitochondrial operations.

Improvement seen after giving Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)

I have been giving my mother Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) for almost 2 months now and there is definitely improvement in her energy levels, balance and walking. She is getting 50mg dose once in hours, 3 times a day (for a total of 150mg/day).

B2 vitamin

I have recently come across having low B2 causing low mode, fatigue, skin problems, hair falling out etc. I have had some of the symptoms of low B2 I know my b12 is in the right range. A B2 test needs you to do a pee test. I’ve not ever been tested for low B2 and I’m wondering may be this is getting

TTFD Allithiamine safety in Liver disease

Again to replenish the Glutathione, the body uses vitamin B2 riboflavin. The downside with TTFD is it depletes glutathione and Vitamin B2. So there was a famous biochemist Andy Cutler of the Chelation protocol fame. He said TTFDs are hepatotoxic because of the free sulphur thiol it creates.
