Question….
It seems to me there was a post not too long ago about the Vitamin B complex, low in B6, to use with the high dose
Vitamin
B1
protocol. I thought I saved it but I can’t find it here or on Facebook. Can someone help me out. Thank you.

Cracked it .... and then it came back !
Hi everyone, A while ago I posted about how my RLS had virtually gone following the use of
vitamin
B1
, in addition to the usual magnesium. Fennel also appeared to help.

The Role of Neurotropic B Vitamins in Nerve Regeneration
Vitamin
B1
essentially facilitates the energy production needed for the process and acts as a site-directed antioxidant, while vitamin B6 is vital for neurotransmitter synthesis and for inhibiting the release of neurotoxic glutamate [29, 32, 40].

Hello everyone, I have reached my sweet spot: I am at one gram of thiamine hcl... It will be three months on May 18th that my dose of comfort has been found... But according to you, given the low dose, should I take a one week break after 3 months?, 6 months? Your tips are welcome poke @[1167219

When it is correct to take vitamin b1
ho il PD da due anni e fin da subito assumo la vitamina b1 in fiale ad alto dosaggio. Non prendo ancora la terapia con levodopa. Può essere utile lo stesso a contenere i sintomi della malattia? Grazie a chi mi risponde..

I’m thinking about Benfotiamine.
But reading this post, “Benfotiamine (Fat Soluble Form Of
Vitamin
B1
) and AD” by “chartist” I am thinking that maybe we should try this form. I guess that my first question is ~ should we get some blood work done first & if so what?

Distribution of medication and supplements throughout the day.
I have a probably quite 'normal' PD regime: 5 x per day > C/L (IR) with 3.5 hour interval 1 x per day: >
Vitamin
B complex every other day interspersed with -
Vitamin
B1
(no HDT) -
Vitamin
B6 (P5P) - Folic acid (B9 / B11) - Vitamin B12 > Vitamin C > Vitamin D > R-ALA > Ginkgo Biloba

Is it Supplementation or just life?
This dilemma was better expressed by someone else on this forum. As often happens something resonates and I mull it over and can not give credit where credit is due. When under supplementing by injecting 1.5 mg Hydroxocobalamin once a day and taking 6 mg sublingual adenosylcobalamin I could only tell

What ? and Watt !! 😜
In order for the special processes to occur, we need to have enough co-factors like
vitamin
B12,
vitamin
B1
(thiamine) B2, folate and iron. If those are low then we cannot get enough oxygen into our system and our power houses do not work effectively. So, our bodies cannot work properly.

Carnivore Diet - Can't solidly recommend it
I have been on the Carnivore Diet for 3 months or so, as part of my quest to ameliorate as much of my Young Onset Parkinsons Disease symptoms as possible. I'll sum it up a bit for you. 1. The diet consists of animal products and ideally no plant products. I ate mostly beef, eggs and butter, but

B1 Therapy for Parkinson's

My father who died aged 79 also suffered from Parkinson's I myself may be displaying early indicators of Parkinson's having developed a very poor sense of smell around 8 years

cirrhosis and statins
I’ve not asked for help on here before and would really appreciate any advice. I have alcoholic cirrhosis and am being recommended statins for cholesterol by my practice nurse. I’m a 57 year old UK male. The information sheet from the nurse session warns not to take statins if you have cirrhosis. I’m
