Would an iodine supplement help?
I still don't feel well (very tired and the most dreadful brain fog which has stopped me driving) and wondered how I would know if an iodine supplement might help? Any thoughts would be most appreciated. Latest Medichecks results - stopped taking b12 liquid 2 weeks before test. Taking Spatone, VitaminD

Charlatan or science?
hi folks, I am awaiting diagnosis of Grave’s disease and during the last 3 months since my blood tests via the NHS and the waiting game to see an endocrinologist, I have been researching hyperthyroidism. The internet is FULL of people claiming there is a link between micro biome and leaky gut and Graves

aches and pains when I exercise.
In the last year I have noticed I hurt and get stabbing pains in my ankle and lower back and hip after any form of exercise. Makes it difficult to keep in shape. I had horrible body aches all the time until I found out I was vitamin D deficient and have been on a prescription of 50,000 units for 6

High thyroid hormone link to low estrogen
Hi all, does anyone know if going through an early menopause which is causing estrogen levels to fall create a higher blood concentration of thyroid hormone levels. Please include links, no guessing please. Also after a few months on thyroid lowering drugs, folic acid levels have dropped below range

TSH/T3/T4/Vit B & D results
My previous Endo (private) retired last October and the new one (private) that I was suggested to see immediately reduced my Lio from 100 to 75 & the T3 from 20 to 10. Originally I had wanted to see an NHS Endo 3 years ago but none were available, hence the private route. My readings are T4 18.8 -

Frequency of Hydroxocobalamin injections in UK
Hi everyone, I'm a long time sufferer of PA, initial symptoms aged 13, finally diagnosed at 26, will be 50 this year. Also suffer with chronic fatigue, endometriosis, now menopause, all good fun! I am lucky that for years I have had an understanding doctor, used to have my injections every 8 weeks

b12 deficiency and MRI scanner...
Hi everyone, Weird question... Did anyone else who has had an MRI, find that it upset your nerves for a while after? (Like weeks) I cannot tell if it was that, or the heightened stress of awaiting my results... So, thought I'd ask on here? It was 2 weeks after my first one that my whole body crashed
