In order for the special processes to occur, we need to have enough co-factors like
vitamin
B12,

(thiamine) B2, folate and iron. If those are low then we cannot get enough oxygen into our system and our power houses do not work effectively. So, our bodies cannot work properly.

Does anyone happen to know should the thiamine be taken before, after, or at the same time as sinemet?Or does it even matter?

Sometimes ignorance is bliss
Sometimes ignorance is bliss; Probiotic âLactobacillus plantarum 299vâ(a) is supposed to increase iron absorption, Â Â Â park_bear â...I always thought PWP have too much iron in their brainsâ. â I probably wouldnât have tried if I remembered that (there are articles on the internet that agree(b) â at least

I would love to see a Clinical Trial on TTFD
I gave up on TTFD (thiamine tetrahydrofurfuryl disulfide - a B1 derivative) because; I would settle in on a sweet-spot, within a few weeks I would overdose, I lowered my dose and repeated again & again. Thinking maybe that wouldnât be a bad thing â could it be a cure and would I get down to just recommended

park_bear made a very compelling argument for taking P5P (active B6)
park_bear made a very compelling argument for taking P5P (active B6)(a). My comments are: 1) When I tried taking (his recommended) 2 hours after C/L, I started walking side to side and the problem didnât clear until I took my C/L again. 2) I am afraid to take P5P before bed because I did not sleep

Is it OK to take 2 different types of B1 at the same time? with HDT, B1 Therapy, etc.
I am currently having success with taking my sweet spot for TTFD (17.5mg) one day and my sweet spot for B1 hcl oral (1000mg) the next [Why both - TTFD elevates my mood* better than just B1 hcl oral]. Problem: I have a bad neck and I have to take more pain relievers on TTFD days. Which creates another

Giving regular Thiamine HCl / B1 another go, stopping Sublingual B1.
Hi Friends! Just thought I'd bounce this off you. I used to take Thiamine HCl B1 as directed by the master, Dr Costantini via email. I was on a daily dose of 4000mg, divided into 2 even doses. I felt amazing, and had hardly any progression of the disease for years. The only problem was my blood

B1 Therapy #Case 1 * Manuela Correia
I've decided to write a series of posts about B1 therapy for a group of people I'm following. Most of them I met through Young Parkies Portugal, or they reached out to me on social media asking for guidance in applying this therapy. Some of these texts had already been published on social media, and
