Advice needed on vitamin B1

would anyone be able to give me advice on taking vitamin b1 please, drawing on their own experience. I have been taking Superior Source MicroLingual tablets 100mg starting on 1 a day. I must assume that this was too high a dose as I became hyper and over anxious. Through gradually decreasing the dose I am now about to start again on 50mg once a week. Has anyone successfully benefited on such a low dose? or should I at this point go over to B1 HCL?. I have Daphnes book and I have read up on B1 as much as I can but I’m still confused.

my dose is now 25 mg sublingual B1 once a week. Your body will tell you what it needs. Why not join our Facebook group? m.facebook.com/groups/parki...

Thank you for your reply Daphne. Can you tell me please, if I was to take a B Complex vitamin tablet I assume this will also have B1 on its list of ingredients. Is this ok? I will take a look at the Facebook group now.

There are files on the Facebook group recommending brands. These brands have been selected for various reasons (low B6 for example) but also because they are low in B1 so as not to confuse dosing. The articles on the subject in FILES at the top of the group Facebook page is a good place to start.
