I started taking vitamin B1 sublingual 100 mg 2x a week. I noticed that I was getting nauseous and feeling sick. I stopped the sublingual and started taking vitamin B HCL100mg and also became nauseous. Does anyone have the same problem and how do you take care of it?

Hi

I can only suggest that you try reducing the amount you are taking and see if that helps

Hi yes I too feel nauseous after taking 2x 500mg B1. I now take with fizzy water and after food. Helps a bit.

Yes. I take sinemet and many supplements. I can't say whether they help or not since I still have same symptoms. I just added L-theonate magnesium but too soon to notice any benefit. I also suffer terrible fatigue. Do you have any suggestions for relief?

Tablets, but not "sublingual." I do take them sublingually. Let them dissolve. Kind of salty, yes.

Yes same with my husband. It passes pretty quick. He eats a few crackers.
