Chart comparing contents of Vitamin B Complexes
Dear Friends, Very recently, a chart comparing the contents of the various Vitamin B Complexes was posted, and I accidentally deleted the post before copying and saving the information. I believe that one of the Thyroid UK administrators put together the chart. I'd appreciate it if somebody could point

reducing meds
hello. I would like any experiences please of inattentive adhd and reduced symptoms as the child gets old. My dd was diagnosed at 8 and on Ritalin. Now 14 and we have reduced dose by 5mg a day. She seems to be getting ocd type symptoms whilst on the meds. She doesn’t seem to need them for homework

Advice on Progress with T3 Trial
I started my T3 trial in July this year. My Endo asked me to reduce my Levothyroxine from 75 to 25mcg and to add 2 x Liothyronine 5mcg. I made changes slowly but was alarmed at dropping to 25mcg T4 so alternated with 50/25, eventually keeping at 50 mcg after an interim Medichecks blood test. I have

Loss of taste of food due to anxiety.
I don't have taste of food at all. Is this due to anxiety or vitamin c deficiency? I can taste ice cream somewhat though.

Hi I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism almost 5 years ago now despite me not having any symptoms. I'd had a blood test because of illness in my family and I was very surprised to find out that my T4 levels were around 8.5 and my TSH was 10.3. My antibodies were out of range and my iron levels were borderline

I have had long term UTIs arising post radiation therapy. I also have bile salts malabsorption which causes bowel issues so it’s not always easy to keep myself as clean as I would like and I have been told this is likely to be the cause of the repeated UTIs Up until recently for approx 6 years

Thyroid Test results
We'd be really grateful for any feedback on my husband's thyroid test results taken at 8.45am before breakfast. (Blue Horizon Gold). He has been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome for 10 plus years and there is a history in his family of thyroid problems. We are trying to get a clearer picture

B12 and nerve regeneration
Starting in the 1990s, and continuing until my diagnosis with B12 deficiency in 2021, I had a series of problems with piriformis syndrome, sciatic nerve pain, and similar involvements with leg nerves. weight gain
Morning everyone, I was told by a nurse practitioner this week that the fact my T4 level is low since they changed my Thyroxine dose from 100mg to 75mg has nothing to do with my recent weight gain - her argument being that she doesn’t have a thyroid and she’s not overweight. My diet hasn’t changed
