Do My Vits B12 & D Need Increasing?
Hi, had my
vitamin
B12
and
vitamin
D blood test taken on Monday (via Medichecks). My results:
vitamin
B12
(active): 150 nmol/L (lab range 37.5 - 188)
vitamin
D: 179 nmol/L (50-250) Do I need to increase these? I don't know what the optimum levels should be. Thank you.
