Make of B12

Sorry just a quick one.I usually use panpharma but this time round (last few months) I have been using Hevert due to jot being able to get the other.

Would anyone know if Hevert are not as good as panpharma?

I'm probably clutching at straws but thought I would ask.

Next time round I shall go back to pharma

Cheers

For me , they both work very well

But I prefer Panpharma because I prefer to inject 1ml

Hevert is a 2ml ampoule , but contains the same amount of B12 . as Panpharma , namely 1mg

Now, after 9 years of injecting I.M.

I have changed to sub-cut , for which a1ml ampoule is preferable .

Also Panpharma is cheaper .

I have sometimes used Pascoe —also 1ml

, but contains 1.5mg of B12 .

Thank you. I feel confident now I have asked all the right questions and know I have to be patient with my healing whilst increasing my b12.

Hi Sunshine1932,

I too have used both.

Some people may react to the ‘additives’.

(I have coeliac disease and small intestinal bacteria overgrowth. It is easier to tell you what I can eat as I react to all weird and wonderful things.)

I recommend when changing brands to ‘go slow’.

So, injecting half a dose, to ensure there is no reaction.

Not a doctor. 😄

Cheers for that.

That is quite possibly an issue. I have tried several brands and forms. Some give me more quick energy, some last longer. I do better with less additives so I buy Ankerman cyano from Amazon.de. I tried Hevert hydroxo. but didn't feel as well on it as the cyano. At first , the Ankerman brand seemed less effective than my Dr prescribed cyano but after a several injections I can't feel a difference between the two. It could just take time to adjust to a different formula. I have never tried the Pascoe or Panpharma, although I may at some point. I do hope you feel better soon.🌻
