Writing helped me, when I was well enough, and my story is now out for pre-order. I write about how

ESSENTIAL VIEWING - Dr David Morris - Role of B12
Hi All This video is a breath of fresh air. https://vimeo.com/891099138/4150efa06b?share=copy New and old forum members should get a brew and watch. So insightful. Understanding methylation issues has been a key factor in my recovery. A separate post when I am able to concisely explain what

I am passionate about spreading the word about B12 deficiency. Being diagnosed and treated has transformed my life. I met with an old friend the other day who has recently been put on antidepressants. She also mentioned she is deficient in B12 amongst other things. I took my chance to bang on about

Finally, off DA but perhaps not for much longer
I am 64 years old and after 22 years of taking the DA Mirapexin, I took my last quarter tablet on July 7th. However, after three weeks of sleepless nights, I may have to start taking them again, which is a depressing prospect. All my bloods (e.g. iron panel, B12, etc) are fine. I started taking pregabalin

I was diagnosed hypothyroid about 20 years ago with a TSH >100 . I've never felt well. Crushing tiredness and brain fog. A gp this week suggested antidepressants and this has made me quite angry. I was on them for years. She said anxiety causes tiredness. Hmm. It's the other way round. Am getting

Just done my first b12 injection. I hate needles so that was terrifying. Having a few stingy sensations in my tummy, I hope that's normal

Hi, In May 2021 I had the intrinsic factor blood test and my results were as follows. 89 u/ml. With a normal range of 0-24 u/ml. And the following notes. The presence of anti intrinsic factor antibodies together with a low vitamin B12 level is diagnostic of pernicious anaemia Does this make sense to

Update
Hi everyone just to update on my T3, I had to come off it, it was definitely not agreeing with me. I went on it first back in Dec. 23 and started by quarter of pill after a few weeks half but I started to get very distressing breathlessness and I have Asthma so I knew this was a very different breathlessness

momograms do they affect b12 levels
hello My friends, I have to go get a mamogram soon and during this b12 recovery I've read that certain procedures can use up our b12. I was wondering if anyone had a problem with a mamogram? thank you, Rosina
