Can anyone offer some explanation tired and hair loss. Endo is saying to reduce levothyroxine
I am so tired, blurred
vision
and hair
loss
despite my increase in levothyroxine. I have both hashimotos and type1 diabetes. My endocrinologist told me this morning to decrease my levothyroxine slightly because my tsh is suppressed. I am currently on 150mcg 4vdays a week and 175 the other 3.

Two weeks - and wondering when I will get my energy back
Well two weeks off the smokes today. I'm still using the lowest patch and plan to stay on it for at least two more weeks (it's the only smoke aid I've used besides candy) I've never eaten more junk food or watched more TV in my life. Im basically just working and sitting around. Unless Im out somewhere

Recent diagnosis of PMR & likely GCA: Looking for supplement guidelines to mitigate future issues.
No
vision
loss
. No cataracts. Eye pressure elevated, but not at glaucoma levels. Started at 20 mg Pred. Upped to 80 with GCA diagnosis. Now tapered down to 35 mg. In general, I feel quite well at the moment, working, and doing physical activities (biking, hiking) with my 17 yr old son.

I know 12lbs wasn't a big target. Never having been on a weight loss diet before I had no idea how it would go. But in just four weeks I managed to lose 12 1/2lbs. I haven't quite lost the couple of inches around my waist - nearly, not quite. But following this plan and receiving the fantastic comments

Micrographia therapy
I have recently had flu and pd symptoms have progressed at a jump especially micrographia, small and in my case very sloooooow writing. Googled for appropriate therapy / exercises to help and found several references to ‘Pico Tesla magnetic fields’ . Never heard of this, highly dubious about ‘miracle

Weight gain ct3m
Hi, I've been taking my t3 as a ct3m dose. I am gaining weight. Could the ct3m method be to blame? I even have developed cellulites on my arms! 😔

Nerve pain left leg 24/7
In 2015 left leg pain started. Diagnosis a year later via several MRIs was l4/l5 spondylolisthesis, disk herniation, central stenosis, pinched exiting nerves. Three surgeons sugested fusion, one suggested laminectomy. I elected the later in 2016. it did not work. Contrary, i had increased pain. i tried

Weight loss
Hi since I’ve been on ndt (may 2018), I’ve lost 10lbs in weight which I didn’t need to lose. I know most people gain weight but I seem to have gone the other way. Has this happened to anyone else? I was wondering if it could be my adrenals as I still haven’t found my sweet spot. I’m still undermedicated

Morning peeps. I'm a bit please today. Lost 4 1/2lbs this week. Three weeks in and I have just 1 1/2lbs to lose to make it the 12lbs I intend and another 1/2 inch and I'll be back to my handsome self - with a bag over my head, obviously! It is incredible to me. Never been on a weight loss diet before

Going on with it
I posted earlier about going through a period of PMR pain because I hate prednisone. There is more to it. I was told I could not have bariatric surgery if I were on prednisone. I need the bariatric surgery so I can have knee replacement surgery in July. I saw my doctor yesterday about maybe foregoing

Does levothyroxine force out sex hormones on a cellular level.
Hi, guys was always thinking that my sex hormones have took a nose dive since commencing levothyroxine. Lost libido, dryness, skin wrinkling ect. So ive just came across this piece of info which links my thoughts to actual processes. https://www.precisionnutrition.com/thyroid-and-testing

weight gain or loss on NDT verses synthetic Levothyroxin
Another question I have is concerning weight loss. Studies suggest more weight loss on NDT verses synthetic Levo. I did seem to gain weight when on Tirosint but I was hungry all the time !! The pharmacist told me there is no different at all..
