Just read most of the article, a good explanation of how the thyroid works and what can go wrong.

But I don't understand how you can say that this happened since starting Levothyroxine.

"Lost libido, dryness, skin wrinkling etc"

These are symptoms of LOW thyroxine, as the article says, and couldn't have been caused by starting thyroxine!

A typo perhaps?

Ive read and comprehended differently perhaps, i read into the issue that our sex hormones would have to fight the hierarchy of hormones wanting cell action.

Admittedly I only scan-read the article, but could see no part that supported your hypothesis that Levothyroxine disrupted, or forced out sex hormones at a cellular level. Being un- or under-medicated will though, have a knock on effect. I'm familiar with the idea of receptor antagonists, such as Naltrexone & Naloxone which can block opioids or displace them from the same receptors, but I'm not aware that Levothyroxine has a similar behaviour vis a vis sex hormones. A possible explanation, although it is only guessing, is that the effects of inadequate sex hormones are on a time lag behind those of inadequate thyroid hormones, making it appear that it was caused by the start of L-thyroxine, rather than being coterminous with it.
