Endocrinologist appointment
O.K, I'm not sure if going to the Endocrinologist was a good idea...it has left me with more questions than answers and a 'Massive' invoice to boot. Aside from cost, she took a look at my medichecks report, after I made it VERY CLEAR that I came off my T4 for a number of weeks beforehand. She wanted

NICE GUIDELINES Patient decision aid Atrial fibrillation: medicines to help reduce your risk of a stroke – what are the options?
I am writing this because I am amazed at how few people seem to be aware of the National Instituteof Clinical Excellence Patient decision Aid Atrial Fibrillation. This document was written for patients being advised to take anticoagulants to make an informed choice after being given all the information.Unfortunately

Hi I'm 33 yrs old and I live in the US and recently underwent tests for multiple miscarriages. I have one healthy little girl who will be 3 in January and had an absolutely perfect easy pregnancy with her. I tested positive for LA and high B2glycoprotein 1, IgM antibody but need to be retested to confirm

I'm not a qualified Nutritionist but spend quite a lot of time pouring over serious reports from respectable, independent sources. I'm aware most people in the UK are 'already' obtaining the advised Government Daily Allowance of Vitamins, Minerals etc purely through stuff they eat and drink. And 'yes

🌱 Healing celery soup 🌱
We had lots of celery in our veg box this week and after reading about the benefits of celery I put it to good use and made this healing soup 🥣 ok, it’s very green but green is good in my book 👍 I like it to be thin but if you liked a thicker heavier soup you could add potatoes. It has lots of celery

Vitamin D cofactors
Hi everyone. I'd appreciate any comments on whether it is necessary when using a vitamin D supplement to take supplements magnesium, vitamin K, zinc, boron and vitamin A if I already have a good diet including spinach, carrots, nuts, seeds eggs etc? For example a recent blood test showed magnesium level

Having decided to manage gallbladder disease through diet for several years, and after being recently diagnosed with A-Fib and prescribed Warfarin (Coumadin), I am interested in finding Low Fat and now Low Vitamin K type meals to suit my needs. Any suggestions appreciated.

Xarelto
I am now very worried reading this article about people putting claims in after using Xarelto. Please read carefully and let me know your feelings. Xarelto producers battling lawsuits Bayer and Johnson & Johnson have been named defendants in more than 20,000 drug lawsuits now pending in state and federal
