Dietary calcium intake and rate of bone loss in men.
Newish study below. The PCa literature suggests that high calcium intake (from dairy &/or supplements) increases the risk for aggressive PCa. Any yet men with fear of osteoporosis might feel they have no choice. It has always seemed odd to me that calcium would be thought of as the solution to bone loss

another VITAMIN question from a newbie
Does Magnesium need to be taken with zinc? Does Iron need to be taken with vitamin C? Does Vitamin D need to be taken with Vitamin K? I ask because I have the vitamins, just not the additionals that I read that MUST be taken. Can all of these vitamins be taken 4 hours away from thyroid TOGETHER? Blessings

Do I have a conversion problem? Latest test results.
So - not sure if I may have a conversion problem going on. I still don't feel optimally medicated on only 50 mcg Levo, been on that amount since March. Last saw Doc early May and she basically said 're-test in 6 months, don't want to bump your Levo up higher'. I agreed to that, thinking that if I feel
